the machine need be repaired in our factory because our quality reason in warranty, you can return the machine according to our return method. Then we will repair and send it to you for free.

You can solve the simple problem according to our User's Manual & Service Manual(only a part of medical equipments with Service Manual). We can give you inspection method, solution & technical support in 2 working days after you send us your problem feedback.
12. Business mode:
We send the prices & catalogues to you. You tell us your choice and quantity. We offer you EXW/FOB/C&F/CIF price. We send you the P/I(Proforma Invoice) after you confirm the FOB/C&F/CIF price.
