1.Delivery/Lead time:
About 1-15 days according to your quantity or request.
2. Warranty:
1 year for machine. If any spare parts be damaged because our quality in warranty, we will send spare parts to you for free. If
the machine need be repaired in our factory because our quality reason in warranty, you can return the machine according to our return method. Then we will repair and send it to you for free.
3. Samples:
Yes, we can supply you the samples for free or at discount price, you should bear the freight.
4. Custom-make:
Yes, we accept Custom-make/OEM/ODM.
We can silk print your logo on the product, print your company information on the nameplate/color box/package carton.
5. Good serviceteam:
We have 2 persons service team to serve you together, so we can offer(send price and catalogue) you anytime.
6. Price:
We can supply you many kinds of medical products at cheaper price than other Chinese companies because we are manufacture and we had exported our medical products to more than 120 countries since 2001. We have exclusive distributors in some countries(such asGhana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, etc.).
7. Payment term:
T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, L/C, D/P.

EXW, FCA, FOB, C&F/CFR/CNF, CIF/CIP, DDU, DDP.
9. Shipment method:
We can ship the goods by express/courier(by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT/Aramex/EMS, etc.), by air, by sea, by car and railway.
10. Training:
We can supply training our factory free of charge when you place your order. You can send your engineers to our factory, and we offer free work meal at our factory. You should bear air ticket(come & return), hotel, accommodation fee etc.. If you want our engineer to do installation & training in your country, you should bear the air ticket(go & return), hotel, accommodation fee etc..
11. Technical assistance & After service:
You can solve the simple problem according to our User's Manual & Service Manual(only a part of medical equipments with Service Manual). We can give you inspection method, solution & technical support in 2 working days after you send us your problem feedback.
12. Business mode:
We send the prices & catalogues to you. You tell us your choice and quantity. We offer you EXW/FOB/C&F/CIF price. We send you the P/I(Proforma Invoice) after you confirm the FOB/C&F/CIF price. You remit the money/deposit to us. We prepare the goods after receive your payment. We ship the goods to you & send clearance documents(AWB or B/L, Commercial Invoice & Packing List) to you after receive your balance. You clear the goods and inform us that you receive the goods.
13. Exhibitions:
You can find us in many exhibitions(CONTON FAIR in China, ARAB HEALTH in Dubai, MEDICA in Germany, etc..)
